(I) have had the opportunity to work with Nathan for many years, and he is one of the top Field Service engineers I’ve had the pleasure to work with. His depth of knowledge regarding Lighting Controls system is exemplary. Nathan’s depth of knowledge is no doubt a result of his curious nature - if he’s asking a question it’s either because the subject was not well explained in the manufacturers material, or it doesn’t work as described, or it wasn’t covered at all. It will certainly not be because Nathan didn’t try to figure it out on his own. Nathan’s curious nature is equalled by his willingness and desire to share what he knows with others. I’ve been fortunate to have many discussions with Nathan, few of which ended with me not having learned something about our products or our industry.
